Corporate culture is coming down

Corporate culture is downright crazy here at Synnex. Our company has been focused on cost-cutting for some time. It seems that every time Synnex takes another hit in the market, management resorts to knee-jerk layoffs. Oh yeh! mind it too if you are not IN with the senior managers, you will probably be cut at the next layoff.
