Pay is not always the first preference, but there are some other factors which should be taken into account. Low employee moral is one of the downsides here among many others. Employees are treated like slaves and they are expected to do what they are told to. Most people hate their job but they are stuck here due to lack of options. Benefits are very less when compared to other companies in the same market. Management seems to have non-professional attitude thus often takes immature decisions which overall affect the company’s reputation and worth in among its own employees.
