I worked for Marshalls store under the name of TJX Corporation in Issaquah,WA. I have been there for three and half months of employment. Hmmm.......I don't know where to start a conversation. First, They hired us as a cashier for temporary employment during the holiday season. The only thing that I didn't like about Marshalls store management staff pushes us to get the customer to sign up credit card application. Then, once you do get them to sign up and the management staff don't seem to appreciate you for doing all the hard work for them. now a days, the interest rate on the credit card application seems pretty high so the customer don't want one. Turnover is incredible high, especially in retail store. A lot of employees like to kiss their ass in order to get promotion. The Pay Raise is suck and disappointed in my entire adult life. Favoritism and nepotism are your worst enemy in treating your employees. Lastly, I heard that one of my friend's daughter treated her like dirt about asking discounted item from HomeGoods store in Issaquah, WA. I wouldn't recommend my friend to come in and shop at Marshalls store in Issaquah, WA. Why do you think that your store has a high turnover rated in customer satisfaction review?
