I worked with a man who died at I.C.T.F. he fell into one of the cars being loaded because the crane operator was working to fast and slamming the containers into cars and the sad part is no one new he had fallen in because they were working so fast and furiuos to achieve the daily goal set by managers. The crazy thing is the crane operator was promoted to manager as if he was really a good employee. Good employees don't kill people.

I.C.T.F in Long Beach is poorly managed and they treat employees poorly. They don't give raises and take away bonuses and that's when times are good.

Greedy company wouldn't give us a raise for years and took away our bonuses and that when the economy was booming. They spend so much money on experimental equipment and other unnecessary garbage instead of taking care of their employees. It was poorly run with way to many managers at I.C.T.F. Long Beach.

It sucked working there at I . c. t. f. in Long beach California. All the lazy workers with seniority milk the clock and act like they don't have to do anything except be there. They put full time emloyees with less seniority on call 24/7 and for only 20 hours a week which really sucks cause you can't get another job to make up the difference cause you may be called at any time. Also they waste all this money training you to work safely but managers don't actually enforce the rules cause they are trying to meet there quota. I regret ever working there it was a big waste of time.

At I.C.T.F in Long Beach hostler and crane operators are being asked to work at a frantic and dangerous pace by managers and when there is an accident managers aren't accepting responsibility. It is unfair, abusive work conditions.

Safety is being sacraficed in order to get trains loaded and unloaded at I.C.T.F. Long Beach,CA. Hostler drivers are running stop signs and managers are looking the other way cause they just want the train loaded. Safety meeting are waste of time. Employees being put at risk for the sake of all mighty dollar. Accidents are on the rise and moral is very low.

Building America is there logo it should read "destroying families", or "ruining Dreams". It cut throat and ruthless and they treat there employees bad and have very dangerous work conditions. I.C.T.F. Long Beach should be shut down and investigated. This company suks like there managers.
