This company sucks! The recruiter, Brent, has mislead every IC driver that works there saying you bring home noless than $1000 a week, but yet no one has made over $600! They make you wait until the end of your 3rd week working to get your first paycheck, afterwhich you've spent approx $400 in gas for your delivery truck. Then when you get your first check, it's maybe $300! I do a minimun of 40 stops a day and have yet to make over $500 in a week. I spen half of my paycheck on gas alone, not to mention insurance for my truck and God forbid anything mechanically happens to my truck like some of the other drivers have experienced. The only people making anything near $100 a week are ALL hispanic. The hub is run by hispanic people, so they giev all of the good routes to people of their own race while the rest are left with the crappy routes that pay nothing! I hate this company and can't wait to get another job, which I'm actively looking for now. The problem is that if I just leave, I forfeit the 2 weeks that I'm in the hole, so I have to give my notice today and hope I find something within the next 2 weeks. Either way, I'm out of that dump!
