I just had the displeasure of dealing with Vitaneedle. After 4 weeks of one silly mistake after another by the staff at Vitaneedle the product that was supposedly in stock has not even shipped. Now, after they delayed my project 3 weeks, they are claiming that they did a mistake that will increase the price 1000% above my 2 written quotes (I am not exaggerating). This is the most poorly run company and the most horrible customer service I have come across in 25 years. Multiple messages left for Mr Hartman have gone unanswered. It is clearly long past due for Hartman to retire or sell the business. Mr hartman is clearly the poster child for why we need a mandatory retirement age
