The Control Server in the Mechanical room is all that has to done, well that and attloa detail work. New Home? sell it and build one but in the design add what you want is best.Existing home, is doable sure, but is lotsa destruction in order to construct. If home was designed like an Ikea or somesuch thing, it would and could be ready to accept change, but a slab house is like ,rebuild me . no matter what your gonna pay alot of $ , so heck, build one the way you want it, we just spent 1/156000000000 of your life reading this so look busy.
