It's a progressive nonprofit run similarly to a private-sector company 

We purchased cabinets and had them sent through yrc. They were shrink wrapped in black shrink when we picked them up so we couldn't see if anything was damaged. As we were putting more and more cabinets together we started to notice dings and dents on almost every cabinet - sometimes even holes. Luckily for yrc, the damage to our cabinets was not on any facing of the cabinets. But though all of the damage they caused will not be visible from the face of our cabinets, because we paid out a lot of money for them, I would've appreciated it if they took a little more care in the way they handled them. It would've also been very inconvenient and expensive if I would have had to reship damaged cabinets back - especially since we are half way through our remodel. I would not reccommend this company as they are careless with your hard earned money and do not treat what you order as they would their own. I believe that if I pay money for a service, it should be done very well and it should be done with care - the massive amounts of damage to our cabinets showed a complete lack of responsibilty on the part of yrc.

i hope someone who runs yrc and has a brain and will open their eyes and see the truth about what goes on at yrc. this company needs someone that will hear some of the workers that see where things are bad, and will try to work on them, 1. the company has to get rid of most of the brainless people who dont know what they are doing, 2. there are to many hard core lazy teamsters (ex 511) working for it,, they create slow downs, or switcher sleeping inside sleeper tractors at night, since no one checks on them, a while back our line driver had to wait 3 hours for a switcher to hook a tractor to his trailer, their are only a few good teamsters not even to keep this company alive. i have seen first hand. An example of the brainless people running yrc is when they transfered frt from term 521 to 513 they did this from one day to the next, after that some freight was lost for days or weeks, when roadway transfered breakbulks, they would phase it in slowly, in order not to flood the freight in the new breakbulk, also i seen every day employees ripping of yrc, by not doing an honest days job, some drivers hiding out behind buildings stealing company time
