Does anyone know if Anthony & Sheri Huff are doing time in prison yet. I heard that they are both looking at jail time. I wonder how his mother-in-law and father-in-law will survive with him in jail and not able to steal money from companies and banks. They may just have to live a more simple life style. As for his children, they have to have Daddy around to survive. They have not been taught anything but cheating all of their lives. Maybe Old Red Anthony will finally get his due......

Indictment Filed Charging Financial Executives with Fraudulent Schemes


A 13-count indictment was unsealed today charging Wilbur Anthony Huff, a Kentucky bus inessman, and Matthew L. Morris, the former senior vice president of Park Avenue Bank, with conspiracy to commit bank bribery, bank and insurance fraud, and theft of $2.3 million from a publicly traded company. The indictment was announced by Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York; Christy Romero, the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP); Mary Galligan, the Acting Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Office of the FBI; José A. Gonzalez , the Special Agent-in-Charge of the Miami Field Office of the Internal Revenue Service , Criminal Investigation Division (IRS-CI); Benjamin Lawsky, the Superintendent of the New York State Department of Financial Services; James T. Hayes Jr., the Special Agent-in-Charge the New York Field Office of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (ICE-HSI); and Jon T. Rymer, Inspector General of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC-OIG). Huff, who is also charged with tax evasion, is alleged to have participated in a variety of fraudulent schemes involving over $100 million. Allen Reichman, the former executive director of investments at an investment bank and financial services company, is also c harged in the insurance fraud scheme, a scheme that left an Oklahoma-based insurance company in receivership.

There is so much talk about A Huff and what he has done, I am surprised no one has said a word about the fact that A Huff was arrested on October 1 - 13 Counts of Fraud! Good news certainly doesn't travel very fast.

Christopher -- the problem with this guy is while everyone seems to know everything about him -- no one is willing to come forward to do something about it. Maybe if people would come forward we could get this guy off the streets.

Christopher -- my family as well are victims of Anthony Huff and his family. The problem with this whole matter is that everyone "knows" something but only a very few come forward with the intent of doing something. If everyone who knows something would come forward with their information maybe we can get this guy off the streets.

He took my father for millions of dollars, ponzi scheme type. Steal from someone to pay another and so on and so on.. Tries to be a "nice" guy. He better hope we never cross paths..

What's Great about Huff is that he can sleep at night without a thought of his extended family members still in the pokey or the lives he has changed forever. What a great guy.

Anthonty hurt alot of his friends in the Cura debacle. His closest friends went to jail with Anthony assisting the Govt. as a confidential witness.

Reading through all the history. This is BS. Every man cares about his family and cares about other people, human nature, but they care about themselves first. Survival of the Fittest. Thats what this is. Ever heard all C-level executives are sociopaths that use their feelings a different way then murder? Its true. They have the same characteristics.

You are so right -- Anthony cares about people: himself, his "wife", his kids and any other family member -- all to the detriment of his friends, coworkers and business associates.

Anthony Huff is a good man. he deeply cares for people. i have known him all my life. anyone that can show proof he personally harmed you in any way speak up. your vile remarks are only proof you do not know him nor do you work with him.
