Mr. H is one of a kind!
Both my brother and I had the honor of being a part of Mr. Hofseth's sixth grade class back in the 80's. He was a stern, yet gentle and caring teacher. I had no father in my life, and having Mr. Hofseth as a teacher gave me a sense of what a father should be. I was very shy and he would tell me over and over how wonderful I was and that I could do anything in my life. We had fun aswell. We would sing in the mornings, run to the fence when we got loud (or just for fun), and went to outdoor Ed. I am now 36 years old with two teenage daughters. My brother and I still go back to see Mr. Hofseth. The impact he had on us was immense. My brother decided to become a teacher because of Mr. Hofseth. We will forever be in debt to this man, who gave so much to so many children, that were fortunate enough to have him in thier lives. Thank you Mr. H!!! Beth
